Pricing FAQ
Does the price include multiple attempts?
Yes. The quoted price covers standard service including reasonable attempts at one address. If a subject is actively evading service, we'll discuss additional options and costs with you before proceeding.
What's the difference between the in-state and out-of-state rates?
In-state rates are distance-based from our Salt Lake City hub, priced by ZIP code. Out-of-state rates are flat per-city rates designed for firms that don't need granular pricing — just a reliable number to put in a budget request. The out-of-state rates already include the notarized affidavit.
What about rush or same-day service?
Rush service is available in most areas for an additional $50. Call us at (801) 773-8220 and we'll confirm availability and timing based on the address.
Does this pricing apply to all your services?
The pricing shown here is for process service. Court services, skip tracing, mobile notary, and runner services are priced separately — contact us for a quote on any of those.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept check, ACH/bank transfer, and major credit cards. Law firms with active accounts may request monthly invoicing.
My ZIP or city isn't showing a price — what do I do?
If the lookup shows "Contact for pricing" or "Call for a quote," it means the area is remote or outside our standard rate table. Call or email us and we'll quote it quickly — usually within the hour.
